- 1 bunch coriander leaves chopped finely
- Spices used
- 3 cardamom pods
- 8 cloves
- 1 tbsp pepper corns
- 1 small piece cinnamon stick

- Mix all ingredients for marination well without lumps and marinate chicken in the mix for an hour.
- Crush spices using mortar and pestle
- Heat oil and ghee in a hot pan.Add crushed spices,sauté till it turns aromatic.
