- 2 tbsp ground ginger or 3 cm grated fresh ginger

- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 500 ml chicken/ pork/ vegetable stock

OR after step 3 transfer to a casserole dish, cover with the lid and place in a pre heated oven at 160C for 3-4 hours. Until a rich and thick sauce has formed.
