- In a another pot, add 2 liter of water and add konbu sheet on medium heat for about 10 mins. Then turn the heat to high heat to boiling.
- Remove the konbu sheet from the pot. Add Dried Bonito flakes into the water on medium heat for about 3 mins. Remove the flakes from the water.
- Add soya sauce, mirin, sake into the water, salt to taste.
- Add beef, radish, onions into the pot on low heat and cook until beef become soft.
- Serve with Spring Onions and rice.
