- Add a little oil in the wok get it hot then add the onions and Garlic stir in and then add the minced beef keep turning it and make sure all the pink has gone. Turn low.
- Meanwhile make the sauce. Add the Soy sauce then add the Hoisin sauce in a little bowl holds about 1/2 cup
- Next add the Oyster sauce also the sugar
- Next the Sesame oil and the 1/4 cup of chicken stock.then add the white Pepper
- Add the sauce to the wok and bring up the heat and stir in for about 1 minute. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
