- 🌻To Make Kofta:
dry roast cumin seeds, sesame seeds, button red chilli, peanuts, then grind them ta a powder.
in a chopper add onion, mince, ginger & garlic paste, grinned powder mixture, blend till combined. - Transfer the mince mixture in a bowl add egg mix well, wet your palms with oil or water and make balls, keep aside.

Heat oil add curry leaves, grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden on Hight to medium flame.Then salt, lemon juice, coriander powder, red chilli powder, yogurt mix well, cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
