Gradually add 400g White Sugar – mixing on a low speed. Add Baking Parchment Paper too the bottom of your Baking Tray and then spread the raw stiff Meringue evenly.
  4. Place in the very hot oven and then immediately turn the oven down to Gas Mark 1 (One) and then bake on this very low oven temperature for 6 hours.
