- 2 cups Bread Flour OR Plain Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cup Warm Milk OR Warm Water

- Oil for frying
- 200 g Pork Mince *OR Beef, Chicken, Lamb Mince
- 1 clove Garlic *grated OR finely chopped
- 1/2 Onion *grated OR VERY finely chopped
