  10. Vegetable spray (for the cake pan)
  11. Sauce
  12. Olive Oil for cooking
  13. 4 cloves garlic

  15. Can canned tomatoes
  16. Crushed parsley
  17. Meat
  18. Beef
  19. Paprika, salt and pepper for beef
  20. Cheese
  21. 12 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions to make to make Chicago Style Pizza

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on low speed, mix the flour, corn meal, salt, yeast and sugar until blended. Add 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons room temperature water and mix until combined. If the dough seems dry, add an additional tablespoon or two of water. The dough should feel soft and very slightly sticky, not stiff or dry.

  5. In a large pot or pan add in your Olive oil and Garlic. Once Garlic is cooked, put in a half a onion. Once Onion is brown, put in the canned tomatoes and crushed parsley. Once cooked set it to the side.
  6. Cook the beef on a Skillet and add paprika, salt and pepper.
  7. To assemble, use a cake pan place the dough from how it looks on the image and then place 12 slices of mozzarella cheese, the beef and then the sauce
  8. Then put in the oven to 425F for 20 minutes
  9. Enjoy your meal
