Pour the mix in a bowl and add 2 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric, ¾ tsp garam masala, ¾ tsp coriander powder, ¾ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp mace powder, ¼ tsp nutmeg powder, 1 tsp garlic ginger paste each, 3 tsp lemon juice, salt tastewise and mix.
