  1. Wash your chicken and then leave to drain in a colander
  2. Prepare the Marinade.
    Heat the oil and add the besin and Shan masala.
    Leave to a side to cool
  3. Put the chicken into a bowl and add
    Salt, Garlic Ginger paste, Kashmir mirch, Chilli powder, Haldi, Chilli flakes, Lemon juice and Pakeeza yogurt

  14. Take chicken tikka out of oven and rotate so that bottom side is up. Baste again and place back in oven for a further 15 minutes checking occasionally
  15. Once the chicken is ready serve with Naan Bread, Salad and any sauce or chutney. I prefer Clay Oven Naans.
