- Prepare: Béchamel. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Once butter melt, add flour into pan and mix it throughly until a sandy paste forms – called roux. Add the milk and continue mix it with Whisk for 5 minutes until it become smooth. Add half of the cheese with salt and pepper.
- Layer. Add Rogù over oven proof pan bottom. Then top with 3 lasagna sheets. And repeat the process until final layer. Cover final layer with Béchamel, top with remaining cheese. Cook in the oven for 30 mins.
- Take out from oven, cool it for at least 10 mins (or even more). Serve it with your favorite salads
