- Now add chicken stock,ground paste of tomatoes and water and mix well.split the jalapeño to half and leave it in the mix.close and cook on Low heat.till done
- Don’t use salt since store bought stock will have a bit of salt.also add lime juice,mix well,once rice is cooked and cover for a minute.serve hot.
