- 1 +1/2 tbls chinese cooking wine or sherry
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 3 Tbls Brown Sugar packed tight

- In a Wok add 1 cup Veg oil
- 1/4 Cup Cornflour/Starch
- 2 Good size garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tsp fresh Ginger grated
- 2 scallions diced
- 1 mini orange pepper chopped
- 1 little Spring onion to garnish

- Add the marinade together in a bowl and add the steak strips and marinate for 10 minutes or overnight.
