This is no knead pizza and it can stay in your fridge up to 3 days before we use it. The textures gets more chewy the longer you leave it in fridge. I used a lot of virgin oil (you can mixed with chili) in the pans and on top of it. I only used spicy mince beef, caramelised onion, mayonnaise and cheese on this, but the topping is up to you🥰🥰🥰 I put how to make topping in bottom. I divide into 2, but you can divide to 4 if you prefer.

  1. 4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 2 tsp himalayan salt
  3. 2 tbsp sugar (less if you don’t like sweet)
  4. 2 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast/ instant (dont use active dry yeast)
  5. 2 cups warm water (I microwave for 90 second)
  6. Finishing touch*
  7. 1/4 cup extra virgin oil
  8. Cheese (I used shredded mozarella)
  9. Topping for caramelised onion***
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. 2 onion slice thinly
  12. 1 tsp sugar
  13. Salt
  14. Topping spicy mince beef****
  15. 200 gr mince beef
  16. 1 tsp garlic (optional)
  17. 1 tsp chilli powder
  18. Pinch Pepper & salt & sugar

Steps to make to make Pizza bread – no knead, with spicy mincebeef & caramelised onion

  1. In big bowl, pour: flour, sugar, yeast, salt. Mix them with wood spatula. Pour warm water little by little and mix till you cant see anymore water. It should be quite stick, use scrapper if sticky to help.
  2. Cover the bowl with clean dish towel. and leave it in the kitchen for 60-75 minutes till rise. This will now ready to use if you want😉
  3. Dough: If you want to fridge, prepare 2 plastic. Deflate and divided dough into 2, put some extra virgin oil around the dough, make a ball and put it on the plastic. Close and refrigerate. (Make sure it come to room temperature before you use it). -about an hour before using
  4. Now: Deflate and divide into 2. Brush two sheet pans, each with about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. (I used parchment paper.) This makes it easier to spread the dough out and to remove the pizzas after baking.
  5. Rub your hands with some olive oil and use them to turn the dough into a ball and onto the prepared pans. Gently spread the dough out towards the edges of the pan. If it sticky, use more oil in your hand. Leave it to rise for 30 minutes
  6. Then heat the oven for 230c. We are going to cook for 5minutes first, so its not soggy when we add the topping. See below:
  7. Now, use fork to poke the dough all over, then bake without topping for 5 minutes. Take it out.
  8. Brush the remaining olive oil on the surface of dough all over. Top the pizza with toppings: I start with a bit of cheese, toppings and more cheese. You can drizzle more oil if you want on top.
  9. Put it back to the oven for another 15-20 minutes till the cheese is bubbly. Depend on your oven
  10. To Make caramelised onion ****. In hot pan add olive oil, add the onion and bit of salt. Stir fry in medium heat. Add the sugar. Keep stirring in low heat till caramelised. Turn off and set aside.
  11. To make spicy mince beef **** in hot pan, fry the garlic then put the mince beef, it will have water came out. When water start to drain, put the chilli powder, salt, sugar and pepper. Make sure all dry so al the spice marinated into the beef. Set aside.
