- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed into 1/3rd a bowl cold water,
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce

- Place the thinly sliced beef into the cornflour/soy sauce water mix and marinate for 20-30 mins in the fridge.
- Heat up the oil in a wok over a high heat. Once the oil is hot add in the onions, ginger and garlic. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until fragrant. Add in the marinated beef pieces after draining off all the water. Toss everything together and brown off the beef. This should take around 4 mins.
- Add in the teriyaki sauce and toss to coat the beef in the glistening brown sauce. Now add in the dried chillies, if you don't have these add a few red chilli flakes to taste instead.
