Place cold water in a medium sized saucepan,heat the water up on the stove – place the raw white rice in a rice sieve and then rinse quite a few times under the cold water tap – add too the saucepan of water and keep boiling away until the rice has absorbed all the water,once done turn the hob off and place the saucepan lid over the top.

Deep fry at the 140 mark for about 5 minutes when all the bhaji's are in the Electric Deep Fat Fryer and then turn up to 180 – and then deep fry for about 3 or 4 minutes – use a round slotted spoon too scoop the bhaji's out of the Deep Fat Fryer and place on Kitchen Roll to absorb some of the Vegetable Oil off of the bhaji's.Serve bhaji's on their own plate with some mayonnaise and maybe serve your cooked rice and carrots in a saucepan.Enjoy.
