In a pan, take oil.. For shallow frying.
Fry ur beef/ chicken until cook.. Now,keep ur flame high and make it crispy from out side. Now take it out from the pan.. - For sauce:
Salt according to ur taste.I just add pinch of it because of soya sauce. Soya sauce 3/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup,
BBQ sauce 1/2 cup (plz don't replace it from ketchup, it gives Smokey flavor to ur sauce).
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
Green chillis 2 tbsp (finely crushed)
Ginger 2 tbsp (Finely grated)
Oil 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds (roasted) 2 tbsp. Black pepper 1/2/tsp
Veggies
Spring onion 1 cup (julien cut)
Capsicum 1 cup. - Take the same oil and add more oil to make almost half cup,
Now add ginger n crushed green chillies.Saute it until aroma comes.Now add all the sauces, soya sauces, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce,black pepper,crushed red chillies,salt,brown sugar and cook for a while, now add beef and cook more,Add half of the sesame seeds.
After that add capsicum, Cook for 2 mins only.
In the end, add spring onion n sesame seeds and cook for 30 sec only and serve immediately. - Tips
1 -always cook ur Chinese food when u want to serve.
Paka k na rakhen.Veggies ka color kharab hojayga.
Use these sauces. Don't ask for skip n alternate taste main farq ajayga.P.s it is saucy dish.Bht zada saucy nahi but u can easily serve with rice.
This recipe easily serve to 4-5 ppl

Boiled rice 1/2 kg (boil with salt n when they r done add a tbsp of vinegar and then drain)
Salt according to ur taste
Chicken cubes 1 box (means 2 cubes inside)
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Carrot 1/4 cup
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Cabbage 1/4 cup
Green onion 1/4 cupAll veggies should be cut in small cubes.
- In a oil add eggs, scrumble them, when they r done add chicken cubes,black pepper and soya sauce.
When cubes will dissolve add veggies,first add carrot because they are hard to cook, then capscium,then cabbage. In the end add green onions and left few for garnishing.Plz don't do this session of adding veggies more than a min..bcoz the color of veggies will fade..!!!!
Just stir fry them for a min.
Immediately add boiled rice, Mix them well.Now ready to serve.
- Tips.
Serve them immediately.
Don't cover the pan after adding veggies.
Don't put your rice on dum after adding veggies.
Your rice must be fully cooked.That's it guys. Enjoy π
