- Heat medium sized saucepan half full with boiled water adding 1tsp of salt to the water.
- Once the vegetables have softened, add your red wine and mix for 1 minute
- Once the water is boiling add your optional amount of pasta and cook for time suggested on the pasta packet and re boil kettle
- Next add all of your passata and stir occasionally while simmering for 5-10 mins until reduced down to how you want it
- Strain your Pasta and rinse with boiling water.
- Plate up your pasta with your bolognaise topping/ sauce and add grated cheese on top to your fancy
