  5. Heat medium sized saucepan half full with boiled water adding 1tsp of salt to the water.
  6. Once the vegetables have softened, add your red wine and mix for 1 minute
  7. Once the water is boiling add your optional amount of pasta and cook for time suggested on the pasta packet and re boil kettle
  8. Next add all of your passata and stir occasionally while simmering for 5-10 mins until reduced down to how you want it
  9. Strain your Pasta and rinse with boiling water.
  10. Plate up your pasta with your bolognaise topping/ sauce and add grated cheese on top to your fancy
