- Wash and Clean chicken,dry using kitchen tissues
- Marinate using lemon juice and salt,keep aside
- Grind all ingredients under marination ingredients into fine paste
- Take 3/4 of this paste and mix chicken well into this,and marinate overnight in fridge.Store the remaining paste in fridge for using later while cooking.
- Take a pan and heat..add oil..once it’s hot add chicken slices,fry till slightly brown colour,on medium heat.keep aside the fried chicken
- Heat a pan add oil,add sliced onions,sauté for few minutes,add sliced capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes
- Add the marination paste that is kept aside,into the pan,cook for few minutes,add water if needed.add the fried chicken,mix well.cover and cook till chicken is well cooked
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
