Do a taste test and add more salt, pepper, beef stock cubes and other spices if necessary. Leave on low heat for another 10 mins.
  7. Turn off the heat. Enjoy the soup with squeezed lime juice, deep fried shallots/onions, spring onions and chili sauce.
