- Place in oven for 12 minutes on 200 degree heat
- Cut lettuce (1 slice for each burger)
- 2 slices of tomato for each burger
- Lightly toast brioche buns in toaster (dont let it get hard)
- Turn them over after 12 minutes when browned and let them cook for 10 more minutes
- Add cheese slices and cook for 2 minutes so that it melts on top
- Build burger. Mayo on top and bottom not too much. Tincy bit of mustard on base if wanted. Lettuce on base. Then burger. Then tomato. Then ketchup.
