- 5 medium size π§ onion

- 4-5 small cardamom
- 2-3 cloves
- 1inch cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala / qorma masala
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
- Ginger juliennes for garnish
- leaves Chopped coriander
- Fried green chillies
Instructions to make to make Amrit masala pork
- Wash and clean, dry it in a strainer, take a bowl add pork ribs and pieces and meat tenderiser, π lemon juice mix keep for 1 hr.
- Take a kadhai/ wok heat oil, add cumin seeds when change in colour, add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, small cardamon, cloves and saute.
- Add chopped onion π§ stir till golden brown, add marinate pork, cook till the liquid of pork dry out on slow flame.
- Add tomato, tomato puree mix, ginger & garlic paste, green chillies paste,stir.
- Add garam masala powder/ qorma masala mix, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chillies powder, salt and mix.
- Cook till oil comes out add lukewarm water, let it boil, till meat is tender (soft), when gravy becomes thick, remove from the flame and serve hot.
- Serving: can serve with π bread slices, plain chappati.
- Garnish with: chopped coriander leaves, ginger juliennes.
