  19. Fried green chillies

Instructions to make to make Amrit masala pork

  1. Wash and clean, dry it in a strainer, take a bowl add pork ribs and pieces and meat tenderiser, πŸ‹ lemon juice mix keep for 1 hr.
  2. Take a kadhai/ wok heat oil, add cumin seeds when change in colour, add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, small cardamon, cloves and saute.
  3. Add chopped onion πŸ§… stir till golden brown, add marinate pork, cook till the liquid of pork dry out on slow flame.
  4. Add tomato, tomato puree mix, ginger & garlic paste, green chillies paste,stir.
  5. Add garam masala powder/ qorma masala mix, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chillies powder, salt and mix.
  6. Cook till oil comes out add lukewarm water, let it boil, till meat is tender (soft), when gravy becomes thick, remove from the flame and serve hot.
  7. Serving: can serve with 🍞 bread slices, plain chappati.
  8. Garnish with: chopped coriander leaves, ginger juliennes.
