- Finely slice and add red cabbage and continue to boil for 30 mins
- Add potatoes and boil for a further 30 minutes till potatoes are cooked through. Add sugar.
- 5 minutes before end of cooking time mix your Cornstarch with a little cold water in a cup to make a silky smooth mixture. Add the cornstarch to the stew and stir until it thickens.
- Once ready remove and stir in a little dash of cinnamon. The cinnamon will add fragrance and additional sweetness without having to add more sugar.
Note:. You could add chilli to this dish for additional heat
