- 1 Chicken stock cube
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 Eggs Lightly beaten

- In a large saucepan add the sesame oil and when hot add the ginger and Garlic fry for 1 min then add the carrots and fry a little longer
